ALL PRODUCTS/SERVICES/SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. YOU ASSUME THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF YOUR PURCHASE. NO REFUND, TOTAL OR PARTIAL, WILL BE ISSUED BY KROSAT.
PAYMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW EVEN FOR ANY PARTIAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNUSED CONTENT.
We do not offer refunds or credit notes based on claims related to the items available to be downloaded.
We do not offer any refund unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment.
There is no obligation whatsoever to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- you do not want it after your purchase;
- the items available for download does not meet your expectations;
- you simply change your mind;
- you bought/subscribed by mistake;
- you do not have enough experience or knowledge to use the items;
- you don’t know how to install the items;
- items in our repository is not the latest version;
- you appeal to goodwill; or
- you can no longer access any of your desired items because they have been removed from our services/repository.
Your subscriptions give you access to download items from our repository under GPL License, items functionality is not granted in any way.
If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any payment made to you will be made in the currency offered to you when you purchased your subscription.
