Membership Policies
These Membership Policies are part of our Legal Terms, and any definitions terms used but not defined in this policy will have the same meaning as defined in our Legal Terms and/or other legal policies bound.
This Membership Policy applies to our Services and governs membership subscriptions.
By Using and visiting our Services, you are accepting and consent to the legal terms described in this Membership Policy and our Legal Terms.
Account
When you create an account and accept these terms, you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow our Legal Terms, so read and understand them in detail.
If you do not accept all of the Legal Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately because the use of our Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Legal Terms, whether you acquire a membership or not.
Become a subscribed member
When you become a subscriber for an acquired Membership, you can access our library of articles that must be used in accordance with our Legal Terms. Only real people, using their real details, can subscribe to our Services.
You promise that the information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information up-to-date (including the current email address).
Your subscription is not transferable, you are responsible for any use that occurs along with your username and password, so keep your password secure and do not allow any other person to use your username or password.
When you subscribe, you do so by following the following rules:
- you promise to us that you understand what you can or cannot do with the articles downloaded from our repository in compliance with the GPL license;
- the authors and we do not promise that any particular article will continue to be available in our Services;
- once you download an article, this article is governed by the GPL license.
- you represent that you understand that the use of our Services is linked to your acceptance and compliance with our Legal Terms, the GPL License only governs and applies to downloaded articles.
Membership
Your membership will continue indefinitely until you cancel your membership. To use our Services, you must have access to the Internet, an account with us and provide us with one or more payment methods.
“Payment method” means a current, valid and accepted payment method, which may be updated periodically, which may include payment to us through third parties.
Unless you cancel your membership before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
Membership Plans
We can offer various membership plans, including special promotional plans, seasonally, among several other types including plans offered by third parties.
Sometimes the plans offered by third parties may also include other products or services, we do not have any responsibility for any product or service offered by a third party.
Some membership plans may have different conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at the time of enrollment or in other communications that are made available to you.
Your membership may begin as a trial as a courtesy on our part. The duration of the trial period of your membership will be specified during registration and is intended to allow new members and certain existing members to try the Service.
Trial
We determine the eligibility of the trial (including free trial) at our sole discretion and we may limit the eligibility or duration to avoid abuse of the trials.
We reserve the right to revoke the trial and leave your account on hold if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are not eligible.
We may use information such as the identification of the devices, the payment method or the email address of an account used with an existing or a recent membership to determine eligibility.
For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
Payment methods
To use our Services, you must provide one or more valid payment methods accepted by us. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account.
We may give you the preference to choose a primary payment method, in case this is rejected or is no longer available for payment for your subscription fee, we will charge the following payment methods in your account.
Although we have a payment automation method for your payment method, you are still solely responsible for the amounts not paid to us.
If payment is not settled successfully, due to an error in the automation, the expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason that may exist is and will be your sole responsibility. Therefore, you should routinely check that the payments are running correctly in each cycle.
If your payment is not paid in a timely manner, we may suspend your access to the service until we have collected the amounts owed.
For some payment methods, the issuer or broker may charge you certain charges, such as fees for foreign transactions, currency exchange, or other fees related to the processing of your payment, all these charges are from the third party or intermediary of the payment method, so we have no responsibility in them.
Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used and the country where the purchase is made.

You can update your payment methods on the account page if you wish, we can also update your payment methods using the information provided by our suppliers.
Cancellation of Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time and you will still have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
To cancel, go to your account page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current billing period.
If you signed up using third-party services as a payment method (for example PayPal) and wish to cancel your membership, you may have to do so through that third party, for example, by visiting your account with the corresponding third party and deactivating the function automatic renewal or cancel the subscription to our service through that third party.
You can also find billing information about our membership by visiting your account within the corresponding third party.
Billing cycle
The cost of Membership to our Services and any other charges that may be incurred in connection with the use of our Services, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date indicated on your account.
The duration of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription you choose at the time you sign up for our Services.
In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not been successfully resolved, or if your membership started on a day that does not appear in a given month, or if we simply want to coordinate the cycles on a specific recurring date.
We may charge your Payment Method in advance of the cycle end dates, including an approximate period of one complete cycle duration as soon as you register, even if you are in the Trial Period.
In some cases, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your free trial period.
Generally, we will automatically charge the active membership fee early in the final days of the current period or trial period, unless you cancel your membership before the end of the cycle.
Dispute of Charges
If you have any disagreement or misunderstanding with the charges made to your payment method, we recommend you contact us through any of the customer service channels available to resolve the issue.
If you decide not to contact us and file a dispute directly with a supplier of ours, this will result in immediate freezing of your account and subscription until the dispute has been canceled.
This can make it very complex to solve any related problem, therefore, we encourage you to contact us directly as your first option to see if we can help you resolve any concerns.
Changes in subscription prices
We may change subscription plans and prices at our sole discretion.
In this case, we will inform you of any change in price in advance and, if applicable, how to accept or not accept such changes.
Changes in prices will be effective at the beginning of the next subscription period after the date of the price change.
Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price if you continue to use our Services regularly after the price change has become effective.
If you do not agree to a price change, you have the right to refuse the change by canceling the Membership subscription before the price change takes effect.
Limitations and modifications of the service.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep our Services operational. However, certain technical difficulties, maintenance, tests, or updates may cause temporary interruptions to the Service.
We reserve the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the functions and characteristics of our Services.
When possible, we will communicate in advance any interruption of the Service.
You understand, agree and accept that we have no liability to you to maintain, endorse or update our Services including the content and repository of products either individually or collectively.
We and/or the owners of any Content may, from time to time, remove such Content without prior notice. This section will be applied to the extent permitted by applicable law.
License
By acquiring a Membership, you obtain the right to use our Services, which includes being able to download digital articles from our repository. When you download an article, you are not actually acquiring ownership of the article itself, only the license to use that article, all articles are subject to the GPL license.
Intellectual property
Our Ownership
We own all the Materials we have put into our Services (unless otherwise indicated as being owned by third parties). This includes the design, compilation, and appearance of the Services.
We own all trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names in our Services (unless otherwise indicated as belonging to third parties).
You will not copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any of our Materials or use any of our intellectual properties in any way.
Third Parties Ownership
We do not own the Articles available to download from our Services or their trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names. Ownership of the Articles is under the authors or developers of each article. However, we have the right to distribute the Items to you according to the terms of the GPL License.
Support
All the elements available for download do not include any support.
No refunds
All memberships are subject to our refund policy.
NO REIMBURSEMENT, TOTAL OR PARTIAL, WILL BE PUBLISHED BY US WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.
Suspension or termination
Being a Subscriber Member is a benefit for those who comply with our Legal Terms. We can, with reasonable discretion, decide whether your use of our Services complies with these Legal Terms.
Therefore, in our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate your subscription account at any time for any reasonable reason, including, but not limited to, the following: violating our Legal Terms, abuse of our systems, inappropriate download behavior or if you acts in a way that could harm us or others.
