Purchase Order Processing

Once your purchase and payment have been approved, we will process the order.

Orders are typically processed immediately in real time, however, a period of one (1) hour to forty-eight (48) hours to complete is normal; in cases of anti-fraud validation, this period may take longer.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our customer form. This email will contain details of your purchase.

Repository Items

Items in our repository are available only through Internet downloads. By purchasing a membership, we grant you access to downloads the items on our repository, to download the items you must access the downloads link provided for each item.

Memberships and Items Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible on our repository list of items. However, we do not warrant that membership or items descriptions or other content of our Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing

We cannot confirm published prices are free of errors. Despite our best efforts, a small number of times our membership plans may have an incorrect price.

If the price is incorrect, at our discretion, we may cancel your membership, refund your membership, maintain one or more cycles of your membership at the incorrect price, or contact you with further instruction.

Generally, we do not charge your credit card until your order is final.
